Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $80. Standard shipping is $8.50, and express shipping is $15.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We fulfill orders within 1-4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method (standard or express) through Sendle or Australia Post.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Q: What age range are your accessories suitable for?
A: While our accessories are primarily designed for children aged 0-12 years, they can be enjoyed by anyone! Many teenagers and adults also love our pieces, especially for matching with their little ones or adding a playful touch to their style.
Q: Are there any safety considerations I should know about?
A: IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Our accessories contain small parts. For your child's safety, please remove all hair accessories before naps, bedtime, or any time when children are unsupervised. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are wearing our accessories.

A: We offer a mix of handmade and carefully curated items. Each piece is selected or created with quality and style in mind.

A: For best results, we recommend avoiding washing your accessories. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality. If washing becomes absolutely necessary, a gentle hand wash can be done, but please note this may affect the accessory's appearance and durability.
